Service and repairs.
Book scheduled servicing, find an Authorised Isuzu Dealer or get help with a repair.
What to do next.
Before making a service or repair booking, have the following ready:
About scheduled servicing.
Every GoLease truck is covered by an Isuzu Service Agreement.
To help minimise downtime, book your scheduled service at least 21 days before it is due.
Any items or repairs outside of the service agreement will need to be paid for separately .
Find and book your service with an Authorised Isuzu Dealer.
Please note, you are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is serviced on time, as per Isuzu recommendations.
Look up your truck details.
Simply enter your vehicle registration to access specs, manuals and service information for your truck.
Vehicle repairs or mechanical problems.
- If your truck develops a fault or requires repair, first consider whether it is safe to continue driving.
- If your truck is unsafe to drive, has broken down or cannot be driven safely, contact Isuzu Roadside Assist.
- If your truck is safe to drive, contact an Authorised Isuzu Dealer to have the issue assessed and arrange repairs.
- Repair coverage depends on the lease package and Service Agreement applying to the vehicle. Most vehicles will be covered by a Total Service Agreement, which provides broader repair coverage as part of the lease package. Some vehicles, including those on Essentials or high-mileage arrangements, may be covered for scheduled servicing only.
- As a result, not every mechanical repair, replacement item or fault is automatically covered under every GoLease.
- Where a repair is not covered by the applicable Service Agreement or GoLease package, you will be responsible for the cost.
- If you are unsure what level of cover applies to your vehicle, contact Isuzu Financial Services before authorising repairs or assuming the cost is covered under the lease.
Truck body and ancillary equipment.
- The Isuzu Service Agreement applies to the Isuzu vehicle and does not automatically cover the truck body or ancillary equipment fitted to the vehicle.
- You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the body and ancillary equipment unless those items are specifically included under the GoLease or another applicable agreement.
- Examples may include body equipment or other equipment fitted to the truck after the cab/chassis, depending on the vehicle configuration and GoLease arrangements.
- If it is unclear whether the issue relates to the Isuzu vehicle, the body or ancillary equipment, contact Isuzu Financial Services for guidance before arranging non-urgent work.
