Eligible customers will receive one entry per tax invoice number. There is no limit to the number of entries, provided each entry is supported by a separate eligible tax invoice. Entries must be submitted via the QR code provided for this promotion, and all mandatory fields in the electronic entry form must be completed for an entry to be accepted. The prize pool consists of one (1) Isuzu Genuine Lubricants Arcade Game Console Unit valued at $2,445 including GST.

3)      Entry is open to eligible Isuzu customers who purchase a minimum of 20 litres of eligible Isuzu Genuine Lubricants branded with ISUZU in a single transaction from an authorised Isuzu Trucks Dealer during the promotional period from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026.

a)      Eligible Isuzu Genuine Lubricants branded with ISUZU include the following part numbers:

4)      Where an eligible ISUZU-branded product is measured in millilitres, grams or kilograms, the quantity purchased must be equivalent to at least 20 litres. For example, a 450-gram product will be treated as 0.45 litres and requires a minimum purchase quantity of 45 units to meet the 20 litre eligibility threshold.

6)      Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, and the suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

8)      To enter this promotion, an eligible entrant must complete the following:

a)      Submit a completed electronic entry form via the QR code provided for this promotion or by visiting www.isuzu.com.au/our-range/parts/all-parts/lubricants/.

9)      Entries submitted on behalf of a registered ABN holder must be submitted with the approval and consent of the owner or authorised management representative of that ABN holder.

10) Any entry that is incomplete, invalid or not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.

11) Entries for the draw open at 12.01am AEST on 1 July 2026 and close at 11.59pm AEST on 30 September 2026. To be eligible for the draw, entries must be received by the promoter within this period.

12) Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the promoter and not at the time of transmission. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries will be deemed invalid.

13) The draw will be conducted by the promoter at 66 Foundation Road, Truganina, Victoria 3029 at 12.00pm on Wednesday, 7 October 2026. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize. The winner will be notified by telephone followed by email, and the winner’s name and State or Territory of residence will be published on the Isuzu website www.isuzu.com.au/our-range/parts/all-parts/lubricants/ within two (2) business days after the draw.

14) The prize for this draw consists of one (1) Isuzu Genuine Lubricants Arcade Game Console Unit valued at $2,445 including GST.

15) The total prize value for this promotion is $2,445 including GST.

16) The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize value is stated in Australian dollars, is based on the recommended retail price, includes GST and is correct at the time of printing. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to any directions from State or Territory gaming authorities. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize. The promoter will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the prize to the winner within four (4) weeks of announcing the winner, unless otherwise agreed between the promoter and the winner.

17) If a prize remains unclaimed, the promoter may conduct a subsequent draw at 12.00pm on the first business day one month after the original draw at 66 Foundation Road, Truganina, Victoria 3029, subject to any directions from State or Territory gaming authorities or requirements under applicable gaming laws.

18) The winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone followed by email, and the winner’s name and State or Territory of residence will be published on the Isuzu website www.isuzu.com.au/our-range/parts/all-parts/lubricants/ within two (2) business days after the draw.

19) The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence. Proof of identification, age, residency and entry considered suitable for verification will be determined at the promoter’s discretion.

20) The promoter, its associated agencies and companies associated with this promotion accept no responsibility for prizes that are damaged or lost in transit. Once a prize has left the promoter’s premises, the promoter will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver, or for any damage caused to the prize during transit.

21) The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to participate in any or all aspects of the prize if the promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that the winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to safely participate in the prize.

22) The promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual whom it has reason to believe has breached these terms and conditions or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct intended to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The promoter reserves all legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such individual.

23) If the promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion as appropriate.

24) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter, including its officers, employees and agents, excludes all liability, including negligence, for any personal injury or any loss or damage, including loss of opportunity, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, whether or not under the promoter’s control; any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference; any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected, whether or not after receipt by the promoter, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; any variation in prize value from that stated in these terms and conditions; any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; any prize; or participation in or use of any prize.

25) The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on all entrants, and no correspondence will be entered into. Any failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

26) By participating in this promotion, each entrant assigns copyright, including future copyright, in and to any entry submitted by that entrant and, to the extent permitted by law, waives their moral rights in respect of the same.
