Blue Tippers 1 Resized

July's entries for Isuzu's Truck of the Year competition put versatility front and centre, with four standout trucks supporting applications ranging from full-time travel to plumbing work, asphalt cartage operations and specialised crane transport.

From a go-anywhere NPS and dependable FSR to two impressively presented FYJ models, this month's field shows the many ways Isuzu trucks help owners and operators get the job done.

It's simple to enter.

If you have an Isuzu Truck that turns heads on the road and delivers for your business, you could be in line for monthly and annual prizes.

Each monthly winner receives a $500 Isuzu Trucks merchandise pack and promotional exposure across Isuzu's digital platforms. Monthly winners then progress to the grand final, where the N, F and FX/FY Series winners each receive a $1,500 gift card. One of the Series winners will also be crowned 2026 Isuzu Truck of the Year and receive the $6,000 Grand Prize.

The competition runs through to 30 November 2026, with entries submitted online using images and a short story about what makes your truck unique.

July Truck of the Year – Blue Tippers

Congratulations to Blue Tippers QLD and its striking FYJ 320-355!

Blue Tippers receives the monthly merchandise pack and now goes into the running for FX/FY Series honours later in the year.

Built to work and finished to stand out, Blue Tippers' new FYJ 320-355 brings a strong visual presence to the fleet.

Its vivid blue full-paint treatment and polished presentation make it hard to miss.

“We have ordered three of these with this one being the first delivered and two in build. They look incredible in our fleet with a full paint,” said Tony Singh from Blue Tippers.

The asphalt cartage company has contributed to major infrastructure projects in Queensland such as the Logan Motorway and the Gold Coast Airport, and the decision to order three of the FYJs speaks to the confidence behind the purchase.

David Williams

David Williams' NPS 75-155 shows a very different side of Isuzu versatility.

Set up for full-time travel, the truck has spent around two years on the road without missing a beat.

“What a machine!! So happy with our decision to purchase. We can take everything we want and not worry about weight. Absolutely love our NPS,” said David.

Chippas Plumbing

Matt Chippendale from Chippas Plumbing in Orange NSW entered their FSR 140-260, a hard-working tipper photographed out on a rural work site.

Matt’s entry message was short and to the point: “Never lets me down”.

On The Move Transport

With a newly purchased FYJ 320-355 converted into a crane truck and fitted with an HMF 3220 crane, On The Move Transport in Arundel QLD has added serious lifting capability to its fleet.

“The specialised build offers 7-tonne lifting capacity beside the truck, a 17-metre reach lifting 1.3 tonnes, a 9-metre tray, and an 11-tonne payload,” said Jordan Rusnac who entered the FYJ to the Truck of the Year Competition.

Jordan also praised the support received through the Isuzu Helensvale location from the first call through to handover.
