AdBlue, or diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), is a blend of urea and demineralised water, manufactured to ISO 22241 or DIN 70070 standards. It’s used in diesel engines to significantly reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.
If your truck runs out of AdBlue:

The engine may go into limp mode (reduced power).

The engine may not restart once turned off until AdBlue is refilled.

It is possible to have child seat anchorage points installed in the rear of Crew Cab models, but these must be engineered in the aftermarket. There is no provision in the cab structure from the factory. It is not recommended to place child seats in the front row, due to the airbag (plus it may be illegal in some states).
